Newfound boosts research and marketing capabilities.
Newfound has boosted its research and marketing capabilities with the appointment of a new commercial analyst.
Date: 01 May 2019
Neal Tantisukrit, who graduated from Imperial Business School in London last year with an MSc distinction in innovation, entrepreneurship and management, brings academic rigour and a strong belief in the power of small businesses to deliver positive impact to the Newfound team.
A committed social entrepreneur, Neal co-founded The Nera Project, a sustainable clothing line founded in her native Thailand that aims to empower local artisans by improving their well-being through better working conditions and fair wages. She believes strongly in the collective impact that small businesses can have on the world.
As well as her own startup venture, Neal has had additional marketing experience at tech unicorn Deliveroo and early-stage startups, so understands how to work in fast-paced environments in organisations large and small.
Neal’s role predominantly revolves around conducting research and analysis on different industry trends and markets. Her work will help Newfound’s clients to see which stage in their expansion plan they are at, helping them to prioritise their immediate needs. The Newfound team will then tailor its services accordingly.
Commenting on her appointment, Neal said:
“Having immersed myself in the world of startup through my work and academic experience for the past few years, I am looking forward to furthering my career in a place where I can continue to explore this amazing ecosystem of talent and innovation.
“Joining Newfound’s team as a commercial analyst, I am very excited by the opportunity to learn more about different tech startups in the global arena and how we can help ventures from all over the world expand into the UK.”
