A committed social entrepreneur, Neal co-founded The Nera Project, a sustainable clothing line founded in her native Thailand that aims to empower local artisans by improving their well-being through better working conditions and fair wages. She believes strongly in the collective impact that small businesses can have on the world.
As well as her own startup venture, Neal has had additional marketing experience at tech unicorn Deliveroo and early-stage startups, so understands how to work in fast-paced environments in organisations large and small.
Neal’s role predominantly revolves around conducting research and analysis on different industry trends and markets. Her work will help Newfound’s clients to see which stage in their expansion plan they are at, helping them to prioritise their immediate needs. The Newfound team will then tailor its services accordingly.
