At the height of the pandemic in 2020, Newfound was tasked with a mission to find a new VP sales to help accelerate growth.

Sector knowledge was critical in the VP Sales hire and it is essential that the ideal candidate brought with them up-to-date market and client connections.

Newfound began the search process by conducting a thorough research and competitor segmentation & analysis. The search delivered to the brief and a highly experienced VP Sales was offered and onboarded.

The process was managed virtually in the height of national lockdown.
